In his 39 years of professional experience, Dick has been involved in the design and construction of HVAC, plumbing, piping and electrical systems for hospitals, laboratories, education, retail and a variety of industrial applications and office facilities. Dick has been commissioning facilities in the southeast since 1995. His introduction into the building commissioning process began at the Boardwalk Hotel and Entertainment complex at Disney World. Since then, he has commissioned research laboratories at the University of Florida, University of Miami, University of Central Florida, University of South Florida and Cape Canaveral for NASA. His commissioning experience also includes several medical facilities in the Atlanta area and the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Dick received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1972 from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.

An Atlanta native, Erin Mace attended Georgia Tech, where she received a degree in Electrical Engineering. She chose a job in Knoxville Tennessee performing studies of Army installations and Air Force bases in the United States and Europe suggesting energy saving opportunities. Erin returned to Georgia in 1998 and started working at KLG where she received her first introduction to retail electrical design ranging from 400 square foot cellular phone kiosks to large department stores. Erin is a registered professional engineer in nine states and has been providing electrical engineering design for commercial offices, medical buildings including hospitals, stadiums, judicial centers, and industrial and military facilities for eight years. She has provided value engineering services for multiple projects for the Corps of Engineers Savannah District and has conducted energy conservation studies for the Army and Air Force at installations in the United States and Europe.
