Reid comes from a professional background in geotechnical engineering, having spent the first years of his career as a construction materials testing technician. He is well versed in early-stage construction remediation and best practices and is certified by multiple institutions including the GSWCC, ACI, APNGA, and most recently ACG. In his experience as a commissioning agent, Reid has been involved in the commissioning and functional testing of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for a variety of aviation, commercial, educational, and government facilities. As a Project Manager, he is directly involved in the commissioning activities on multiple active projects. Reid has experience in trend analysis, developing pre-functional and functional testing forms, and on-site review and/or functional testing of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and envelope systems. He also enjoys gardening, video games, and cross-stitch embroidery.
